All massages are performed on a heated massage couch with spa quality oils. The time of each massage starts from when the therapist places hands on the client.
My operating hours are Monday to Friday 8am-7pm and Saturday 8am-2pm

Sports Massage
Fabulous for anyone, any age (above 16).
This type of massage is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain the body to its optimal condition.
Sports massage is not a quick fix to an injury, I am not a doctor so cannot fix an injury but this massage can help in extended recovery of an injury to stop the same problem reoccuring.
If you are injured I can refer you to more a specialised masseuse or a physio if needed.
